Sydney Olay

Sydney Olay is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in advocacy, government affairs, and policy. Currently serving as the Manager of Advocacy at Bryson Gillette since September 2025, Sydney previously held positions at Raben as a Senior Associate and Associate, focusing on Government Affairs and Policy Counsel. Experience in the United States Senate involved drafting responses to constituent correspondence and assisting with defense appropriations assessments. Sydney also interned in the U.S. House of Representatives for Congressman Ted Lieu, contributing to casework and leading a Youth Advisory Council. Additional internships at various organizations, including the City of San José and community outreach programs, further developed Sydney's skills in analysis, communication, and project management. Sydney holds a degree from the University of Southern California, enhancing a solid foundation in public service and community engagement.
