Rodney Fear

Rodney Fear has a diverse work experience that includes roles in various industries. Rodney started their career as a Warehouse Manager at Kaydee Light Control Solutions Ltd in 2011 and later became a Project Manager, handling the entire project lifecycle. In 2016, they joined ThreeHundredAndSixtyDegrees as a Key Account Manager, focusing on identifying market areas for growth and driving business through effective sales strategies. In 2017, Rodney became the Sales Director at Snaffle Building Supplies, where they played a vital role in establishing it as the number one marketplace for building materials. In 2021, they joined Bryson Group as a Sales Director, contributing to the company's digital development and fast growth. In the same year, Rodney took on the role of Regional Sales Manager at Bryson Products, where they helped retail and leisure fit-out contractors save money and manage projects effectively. Rodney is currently the External Sales Team Lead at Bryson, demonstrating their leadership skills. Additionally, Rodney has experience as the Sales Director and Managing Director at D Cube | 3D Visualisation, where they used their creativity and expertise in various disciplines to provide 3D rendering and virtual reality services.
