Arno Becker

Arno Becker is the current CFO and interim CEO at BSA. Prior to their current position, Becker served as the General Manager of Finance for Namibia Construction from June 2015 to December 2017. In this role, they were responsible for putting into place processes and procedures that complimented the size of the company, including cost control, forecasting, and being the key bank liaison on debt covenants and foreign exchange.

Before their time at Namibia Construction, Becker served as Fulton Hogan's Regional Finance Manager for their Eastern Region from August 2014 to June 2015. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of finance professionals and providing support to regional general managers.

Becker began their career as a Finance Manager for Leighton Contractors' Services Division from October 2010 to July 2014. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the division, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Arno Becker studied a BCompt in Accounting Honours at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. Arno then went on to study a BBUSCI in Finance CA at the University of Cape Town.
