Anna Kieu-Southwell began their work experience in 1999 as a Customer Service Representative-Level II at Consumers Energy. Anna worked in this role until September 2003. In September 2003, they joined BSA Software as a Software Support Manager and their employment there continues to the present.
Anna Kieu-Southwell completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Marketing from Baker College of Jackson. Anna finished their education in 2013.
