April Grazia

April Grazia is currently serving as an Implementation & Training Specialist for Financial Management & Utility Billing at BS&A Software since October 2023. Previously, April worked at DTE Energy as a Finance Associate in Gas Decision Support and held the position of Energy Supply Controller Co-Op from October 2019 to October 2023. Earlier experience includes a role as a cashier at Meijer, where April achieved a 100% accuracy level and high customer satisfaction survey scores, culminating in the recognition as a Level 3 Employee, the highest level attainable. April Grazia is pursuing a Master of Science in Accounting at the University of Michigan-Dearborn, having earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Information Systems Management from the same institution.
