Lauren Shepherd

Lauren Shepherd has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Lauren most recently worked as an FM Software Support Specialist at BS&A Software, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at Our Enterprises from January 2022 to April 2023, where they successfully delivered over 100 projects annually and implemented strategies to enhance productivity. Lauren also gained experience as a Customer Experience Specialist at David's Bridal from January 2021 to September 2021, focusing on personalized communication and sales strategies. Before that, they worked as a Research Assistant at Michigan State University Space, Health and Community Lab in 2020, where they assisted with research and data analysis. Lauren's earlier experience includes working as an Executive Secretary at Best Friends Pet Hotel in 2019, where they managed scheduling and client communication.

Lauren Shepherd completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Michigan State University from 2017 to 2020. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Domicologist from Michigan State University in May 2020. Furthermore, they obtained further certifications in Introductory Governmental Accounting 1 and Introductory Governmental Accounting 2 from The University of Georgia in May 2023 and June 2023, respectively.
