Trond Riiber Knudsen

Trond Riiber Knudsen possesses extensive experience in leadership development and strategic roles across various companies. At McKinsey & Company, Trond has held positions as Faculty in Leadership Development, Director/Senior Partner, and Principal/Partner. In addition, Trond serves as an Advisor for the Laerdal Million Lives Fund and holds board memberships and investment roles at Opera and The North Alliance. Trond is also a member of the board and the Technology Advisory Board for Laerdal Medical. Academically, Trond earned an MBA with an emphasis on Strategy from Harvard Business School and a degree in Structural Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
