Austin Downer

Austin Downer has a diverse professional background that combines customer advocacy and coaching. Currently serving as a Customer Advocate/Sales Representative at BSB Communications, Inc. since September 2018, Austin manages customer relationships and supports sales efforts. In parallel, Austin has been a Football Coach at Sterling Heights Stevenson High School since March 2017, guiding wide receivers and defensive backs while assisting in play-calling and offensive strategies for both junior varsity and varsity teams. Previously, from December 2015 to June 2018, Austin was a Sales and Customer Service Representative at Team Sports, Inc., where responsibilities included maintaining customer relationships, supporting sales processes, and exploring new business opportunities.
