Chad Riney

Influenced by a family of framers and builders, Chad was immersed in the construction industry from the start. By age 16, he began framing houses to earn money, and by college he was running his own framing crew. After attending business school, he worked for an electrical engineering firm and a multifamily design firm before finding his way to BSB Design in September of 2000.

Today, Chad manages the day to day operations of the firm’s Dallas office and provides project management for single family and townhome projects in multiple regions. As Partner, he brings a no-nonsense approach to the firm's management team as they work together to plot the best course for BSB Design's future growth. Whether leading from the C-suite or helping front-line staff meet deadlines, he enjoys working on teams to achieve the goal of creating homes where families can come together and make memories.

Chad is an avid outdoorsman who loves hunting, fishing, hiking and camping.
