Mari Henry

Mari Henry has more than 25 years of experience working with private development firms on multifamily, commercial, mixed use and land planning projects. Her success is built on cultivating collaborative relationships between the architectural design firms she represents and the real estate developers they serve.

Mari began her career in New York City after receiving her MBA. She worked for an investment banking firm in corporate finance executing debt and equity underwritings. Her knowledge of capital markets led to a logical progression into private development in the real estate industry.

At BSB Design, Mari’s passion for facilitating mutually beneficial business relationships helps her extend BSB Design’s national residential design presence to the Texas multifamily market. Her goal is to help clients drive performance through design as they create high performing assets through BSB Design’s unique process focused on an optimal return on investment.
