Stephen C. Moore

Steve joined BSB Design in 1991 and currently leads the marketing department, sits on the Board of Directors and is a Senior Partner in the firm’s corporate office in Des Moines, IA. He holds an architecture degree from The University of Virginia and his career spans more than 40 years in the housing industry, from NAHB to the production team at a large volume homebuilder. This expertise has positioned Steve as the lead contributor to the firm’s design and client service messaging nationwide.

Steve has chaired positions on NAHB committees for Design, Multifamily Pillars and The Nationals awards programs and was instrumental in creating The Best In American Living Awards (BALA). In 2008, he was inducted into the BALA Hall of Fame. He is a frequent contributor to industry publications and a regular speaker at homebuilding and construction conferences and events, including IBS, PCBC and others.
