Rick Shaikh

Rick Shaikh has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Rick is currently working as a Senior Director of Design at BSB Group International, a global growth strategy and services firm. In this role, they provide end-to-end management consulting, brand building, and digital communications for Fortune 500 companies and fast-growing startups. Rick also assists client partners in building great company cultures and driving profitable growth.

Prior to their current role, Rick worked at Besomebody, Inc. for almost a decade as a Senior Director of Design. Besomebody, Inc. is a content platform that provides digital programming on business building and personal growth. During their tenure, Rick focused on entrepreneurship, leadership, and culture, hosting the Besomebody Podcast and interviewing entrepreneurs and business leaders.

Before joining Besomebody, Inc., Rick worked as a freelance Graphic/Web Designer from 2007 to 2011. Rick provided their services to various clients during that period.

Rick also gained experience as a Portal Manager at KBR in 2008 and as a Production Graphic Designer at Quantum Digital from 2006 to 2008.
