Jenay Root

Jenay Root is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development and exhibit management, currently serving as the Development and Exhibit Manager at BSC Management since February 2011. In this role, Jenay manages fundraising and exhibit sales for four medical societies and oversees fundraising efforts for six international medical conferences attracting multi-disciplinary surgeons. Prior to BSC, Jenay held positions including Leasing Director at Merchandise Mart Properties, Inc., Show Manager for the Seattle Gift Show, and Divisional Sales Manager for the California Gift Show, where responsibilities included strategic planning, budget management, and sales leadership. Jenay began a career as an Assistant Marketing Manager at Canon Communications, LLC, where marketing plans and budgets for medical tradeshows were developed. Jenay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
