Daniel Edelson is currently the Executive Director and President at BSCS Science Learning. Prior to this role, Daniel served as the Vice President for Education at National Geographic Society and as the Executive Director at National Geographic Education Foundation. Before their time at National Geographic, Daniel was an Associate Professor at Northwestern University, specializing in Learning Sciences and Computer Science. Daniel holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence from Northwestern University and a B.S. in Engineering Sciences from Yale University.
