Michelle Koeller

Michelle Koeller is the current Principal at BSG. Michelle was previously with Kia Motors America from September 2009 to July 2019, where they served as Human Resources Business Partner. In this role, they were responsible for the management of KMA’s corporate recruiting initiatives, including all external and internal hiring’s, internal re-organizations, relocation plan management and temporary staffing management. Michelle also provided broad strategic Human Resources consulting to leaders for the assigned client group(s) to develop, advise and implement proactive people strategies and agendas that support mission, goals, and Core Values while also ensuring Human Resources compliance.

Their manager is Clark Waterfall, Managing Director. They are on a team with Lew Weinstein - Partner, Ralph Protsik - Managing Director, and Greg Collins - Partner.
