Olena Shkarpinets

Olena Shkarpinets has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Olena is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at BSG since May 2023. Prior to this, Olena worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Gamelight from September 2022 to May 2023. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the entire recruiting process, implementing effective recruitment strategies, and managing budgets and metrics for recruitment activities. Before that, they worked as an IT Recruiter at Xperi Inc. from April 2021 to September 2022. Olena also has experience as an HR Manager at MigWay from March 2020 to April 2021 and as a Middle Technical Support Specialist at Kromtech from September 2018 to March 2020.

Olena Shkarpinets graduated from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv in 2021 with a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, specializing in Translations. Following their undergraduate studies, in 2022, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in Psychology at Lviv Polytechnic National University.

In terms of additional certifications, Olena obtained several qualifications in different areas. In February 2022, they earned the HR Generalist certification from Lviv HR Solutions. Additionally, in June 2022, they completed multiple LinkedIn courses, including "Tech Recruiting Foundations: 1 Introduction," "Tech Recruiting Foundations: 2 Understanding Hardware and Operating Systems," "Tech Recruiting Foundations: 3 Recruiting Software Developers," "Tech Recruiting Foundations: 4 Recruiting for the IT Department," and "Tech Recruiting Foundations: 5 Waterfall, Agile, and DevOps for Recruiters." Furthermore, in April 2022, they completed the "HTML Essential Training" course on LinkedIn. Most recently, in March 2023, they obtained a certification in HR Metrics & HR Analytics from Prometheus.
