Anna-Maria Woratschek has extensive experience in the field of user experience and consumer research, currently serving as the Head of User Experience & Consumer Research for Europe and Head of Voice of Consumer Analytics globally at BSH Home Appliances Group since June 2015. In this role, Anna-Maria is responsible for the development of social media monitoring and analytics strategies, establishing global standards, and providing in-house consulting across various levels. Prior to BSH, Anna-Maria led social media research at ForschungsWeb and managed key accounts and projects for Business Intelligence Group GmbH, focusing on social media analytics. Academic qualifications include a Magister in Publizistik und Kommunikationswissenschaft from Freie Universität Berlin.
