Claudio Cupelli

Claudio Cupelli, Ph.D., currently serves as Vice President and Head of Global Development at Neoperl Group since May 2022, overseeing global R&D efforts. Additionally, Claudio has held a position as Vice President and Global Head of Product Development at BSH Home Appliances Group since July 2017, where responsibilities include coordinating global product development, managing development projects, and overseeing budget and competence management. Claudio also leads the Industry 4.0 strategy at BSH. Previous experience includes significant roles at Accenture as Head of Innovation & Product Development and at Mercedes-Benz in various project management capacities related to passenger car development and aerodynamics. Claudio holds a Ph.D. in Computer Sciences and Life Sciences from The University of Freiburg, alongside degrees in Microsystems Technology, Electrical Engineering, and Business Administration.
