Franz-Xaver Haller

Franz-Xaver Haller is the Global Head of Technology and Life Cycle External Tools Global Supply Chain at BSH Home Appliances Group, a position held since September 2013. In this role, Franz-Xaver has focused on analyzing tooling activities on a group level, introducing a tool management system, and establishing a global organizational structure. Significant achievements include transforming procurement processes, successfully implementing strategy changes at BSH, and restarting a supplier's facility post-Force Major. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Purchasing Tool Management for the product division of laundry care at Bosch and Siemens, where Franz-Xaver developed a new tooling strategy. Earlier, at OOO BSH Bytowije Pribory, Franz-Xaver led projects involving factory construction and equipment procurement, achieving on-time start-up and full production compliance with local regulations. Educational qualifications include a Business Economist degree from Verwaltungs- und Wirtschafts-Akademie Regensburg and a Graduate Mechanical Engineer degree from OTH Regensburg, complemented by an apprenticeship as a certified toolmaker.
