Gesa Bartels is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital strategy and remote work solutions. As the founder and managing director of makabeo Consulting since December 2023, Gesa specializes in remote and hybrid work strategies, having previously served as CEO of RemPro from March 2020 to November 2023. At BSH Home Appliances Group since October 2018, Gesa has held key roles in digital excellence and global digital transitions. Gesa's career also includes consultancy and management positions at various firms, such as Advancy and goetzpartners Management Consultants, along with a background in PR and marketing. Gesa holds degrees in Business Coaching and Change Management and has studied at multiple universities, including Leuphana University of Lüneburg and the University of Münster.
