Juan Puente

Juan Puente currently serves as the Head of Corporate Security for Mexico at BSH Home Appliances Group since December 2022. Prior to this role, Juan held the position of Global Security Leader at C.A.T. Inc. from August to December 2022, where responsibilities included the creation of the Corporate Security Department and the establishment of security policies and procedures. Juan's extensive experience in corporate security was further developed during a long tenure at Whirlpool Corporation, spanning from July 2014 to July 2022, in various capacities including Corporate Security Leader and National Drivers Coordinator. In the earlier stages of Juan's career, a role as a Perito involved vehicle recovery and theft investigation. Juan holds a degree in Criminology with a focus on Private Security from the Facultad de Derecho y Criminología, obtained between 2005 and 2010.
