Manfred Kibler

Manfred Kibler serves as the Chairman of the Board at Cross-Business-Architecture Lab e. V. since June 2024. Previously, Kibler has held various leadership positions at BSH Home Appliances Group since July 2014, including Vice President IT with a focus on Enterprise Architecture and Application Development. Key achievements include establishing an internal software development competence center in Bangalore, leading a global team of over 300 developers, and creating a Cloud Competence Center with a significant reduction in software development costs. Kibler has also played a pivotal role in shared service centers for collaboration platforms and has managed numerous projects, including the introduction of SAP HANA and data center security initiatives. Prior to this, Kibler held several positions at BSH Home Appliances from 1993 to 2014, focusing on enterprise architecture, quality management, and software development.
