Matthias Prinz

Matthias Prinz is a Software Engineer at BSH Home Appliance Group, specializing in the internal test framework since October 2020. Key responsibilities include serving as Product Owner for the category-specific test framework layer, implementing new features, planning and executing releases, and providing support to testers. Matthias has a background in systems engineering through projects during dual studies, which involved hardware-software integration and support in hardware series development. An internship at BSH Electrodomésticos España focused on developing microcontroller software for automated testing. Prior experience includes an apprenticeship as an electronics technician at elobau GmbH & Co. KG, where Matthias created circuit diagrams, developed software controls, and conducted testing on electronic assemblies. Matthias holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Intelligent Systems Engineering from OTH Regensburg and is pursuing an Intrapreneurship MBA at Mentorwerk. Additional education includes participation in the Global Design Thinking Week at Hasso Plattner Institute and a semester abroad in Computer Science at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
