Selin Yılmaz

Selin Yılmaz is currently serving as a Founders' Associate at BSH Home Appliances Group, focusing on transforming the home appliances industry into a regenerative circular ecosystem. Responsibilities include supporting founder initiatives, championing user perspectives throughout product development, and validating business models for growth. Yılmaz has co-facilitated strategic transformation workshops and spearheaded localization testing for GenAI across multiple European markets. Experience includes roles in product marketing, project studies assessing digital readiness in SMEs, and academic positions as a University Innovation Fellow and team coach at The Stanford d.school. Yılmaz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Management and Technology at the Technical University of Munich.
