Sergey Arsenenko

Sergey Arsenenko has extensive experience in logistics management, currently serving as the Head of Logistics Northern Europe at BSH Home Appliances Group since September 2013, overseeing logistics operations across seven countries and leading a team of over 100 employees. Sergey's strategic leadership contributed to a 10% turnover increase and double-digit EBIT by developing a comprehensive five-year logistics strategy. Prior to this, Sergey held various roles at BSH, including Head of Logistics Moscow, and successfully led logistics initiatives and projects. Earlier positions include Head of Warehouse Operations at Neovia Logistics and multiple roles at Caterpillar Logistics Services International, demonstrating a progression from operational management to senior leadership. Sergey holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from Moscow Power Engineering Institute and a Six Sigma Black Belt in Lean management from Caterpillar University.
