Shubha Basavarajaiah

Shubha Basavarajaiah is an experienced professional in product management and agile methodologies, currently serving as a Product Owner and Scrum Master for the IoT Connectivity Platform at BSH Home Appliances Group since June 2020. In this role, Shubha has been instrumental in mentoring teams to enhance their agile capabilities, facilitating Scrum and SAFe events, and managing product backlogs. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Process Test Engineer and Service Delivery Manager at BSH, a Software Development Engineer In Test at Intralot, and various internships focusing on software testing and development. Shubha has a strong educational foundation with a Master's degree in Software Technology from Hochschule für Technik Stuttgart and has also completed Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at Isha Yoga Center. Current involvement includes a position as a Product Manager at a startup focused on SaaS analytical insights.
