David Blacksberg

David Blacksberg is a thought leader in emergency management and process improvement, currently serving as Senior Consultant for BSIGroup, where they enhance Emergency Management and Business Continuity across various sectors. David previously held positions as Lead Emergency Manager at UC San Diego Health, Supervisor for Emergency Management, and Manager at Mount Sinai Health System. They began their career as an EMT with the New York City Fire Department, where they responded to emergencies and provided on-scene medical care. David earned a Master's in Public Health with a focus on Emergency Preparedness from New York Medical College and possesses a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in process improvement.
