Geordie Pye

Geordie Pye, ASP, currently serves as an Associate EHS Consultant at BSI, providing full-time services to a client in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on industrial hygiene, environmental management, and safety programs. Additionally, Geordie holds a position as a Member at Large on the Advisory Group of the American Society of Safety Professionals, monitoring trends in workplace safety. Previous experience includes roles as a Technical Specialist II for both Environmental Health & Engineering and Brigham and Women's Hospital, where responsibilities included hazardous materials management and laboratory safety. Earlier positions involved hazardous waste management at Veolia North America, public advocacy with Greenpeace, and research support in various internships related to environmental issues. Geordie earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
