Jon Stricklin-Coutinho

Jon Stricklin-Coutinho is an experienced professional in community building and content strategy, currently serving as the Community Content & Facilitation Lead at BSI since October 2022, focusing on artificial intelligence and consumer engagement. Previously held roles include Community Manager at Prolific and Which?, where Jon led engagement strategies for large member platforms and social media initiatives. Jon's background also includes positions as Online Community Manager at Teach First, Community Lead at The Restart Project, and various roles at CAFOD, where responsibilities ranged from online community development and volunteer management to strategic planning and media work. Jon holds a Master's degree in Media, Communication and Development from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Radio, Television, and Film Communication from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
