Matt Bonnamy has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Matt started their career at Glaxosmithkline, where they provided support to the EHS & Secretariat team, organizing meetings and corporate events. Matt also worked as a Project Support in the same company.
Afterwards, Matt joined Lee Hecht Harrison (DBM) as a Project Manager/Coordinator, where they successfully delivered Career Transition projects, managed consultant workloads, and set up remote offices. Matt also organized career fairs and managed temporary remote support staff.
Matt's next role was at RICS, where they worked as a Project Executive in the Business Property Professional Group. Matt took information products from the business case to publication and managed industry-wide working groups to produce high-impact standards products.
Currently, Matt is working at BSI as a Content Development Team Lead. Matt is responsible for managing a team of editorial project managers in delivering standards development projects. Matt also manages team workloads, provides mentorship and support, and reports on team progress.
Throughout their career, Matt has gained experience in project management, team leadership, client management, and standards development.
Matt Bonnamy attended the University of West London from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a 2:1 degree in Media Arts with Radio. In 2000, they also briefly attended the State University of New York at Oswego, studying Communication Studies.
