Michael Semanchik is an experienced leader in talent and people development with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as the Head of People Development Partnering at BSI since June 2017, Michael leads a team responsible for building learning and development strategies for a global workforce of 5,300 employees. Prior to this role, Michael held positions as Senior Manager of Talent Development at Gate Gourmet, Manager of Sales Competency at BSI, Director of Learning & Development at Cushman & Wakefield, and HR Manager of Learning and Development at The Washington Post. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Training & Development from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Delaware.
