Omkar Joshi

Omkar Joshi has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Omkar is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Commercial & Partnerships at BSI since October 2018. Prior to that, they held the position of Commercial Director at Wolters Kluwer from September 2013 to September 2018, where they were responsible for managing the Tax, Audit & Accounting business. Omkar also founded and served as the CEO of Company Reporting, a high-value independent research service, from November 2008 to September 2013, until it was acquired by Wolters Kluwer. Earlier in their career, they held roles such as Director of Strategy & Innovation at Thomson Reuters, Group Finance Manager, and Finance Analyst. Omkar began their career as an Audit Senior at KPMG UK in June 1998.

Omkar Joshi obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Mumbai between 1993 and 1998. From 1997 to 2000, they pursued a degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Ops & Technology from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. In 2006, Omkar completed their MBA from the London Business School.
