Amy Lenz is an experienced Technical Support Engineer currently employed at Broadcast Software International since March 2016, where responsibilities include providing end-user support for proprietary radio automation software and assisting with hardware, software, and networking issues. Prior to this, Amy held various roles at Symantec from June 2007, including Duty Manager/Sr. Operations Analyst for the Backup and Recovery Product Group, where management of case assignments and customer escalations was key. Amy's technical expertise was further developed at Sage Software and as an E.C.E. Technical Support Phone Agent for Symantec software.
