Hyuk J. Kwon (HJ)

Hyuk J. (HJ) Kwon is an experienced Intellectual Property Attorney at Birch, Stewart, Kolasch & Birch, LLP (BSKB), specializing in patents related to electrical, electronics, IT, and computer science since August 2019. Prior to this role, Kwon served as President/CEO at the Korea Institute of Patent Information, promoting IP information utilization in business. As Director General at the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) from April 1992 to March 2017, Kwon participated in trials and examinations while leading various IP promotion programs.
