Dimpho Shaku

Dimpho Shaku worked as a Business Analyst at BlueSky from May 2021 to the present. At BlueSky, Dimpho proactively led requirement gathering sessions, performed Gap analysis, created requirements definition documents, demoed solutions, translated requirements to developers, conducted UAT testing, and participated in daily stand-up meetings. Prior to BlueSky, Dimpho worked at Absa Group from June 2018 to June 2020 as a Support Engineer and also held the title of Scrum Master. In these roles, Dimpho detected and reported issues of the Chat Banking Application using agreed monitoring tools and troubleshooted technical issues.
