Nicole Eder

Nicole Eder is a seasoned professional in the tourism and hospitality industry with extensive experience in customer service, operations, and management. Currently serving as a Senior Fleet Personnel Officer at BSM Cruise Services since January 2024, Nicole previously held the position of International Customer Service Manager at roadsurfer from February 2022 to January 2024. Prior roles include International Hostess at Silversea Cruises and various positions at PONANT, including administrative and logistical support for cruise expeditions, as well as travel agent duties in the call center and agency settings. Nicole also gained valuable experience as a polyvalent agent at Aviapartner and SAT Pisa Airport and as a manager for catering and events at Dame de Canton.
