Andrea Mariani

Andrea Mariani is an accomplished production manager with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving at BSP Pharmaceuticals S.p.A. since March 2015. Mariani has held multiple titles, including Production Section Manager overseeing various sterile departments and managing the manufacturing of sterile drug products. Prior roles include Technology Transfer Project Manager at Patheon, API & DP Process Technology Officer and API R&D Scientist at Corden Pharma GmbH, and Manufacturing Technology Scientist at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Mariani's early career includes academic roles as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Rome "La Sapienza" and an Honorary Research Associate at the University of Glasgow. Mariani holds a master's degree in Organic Chemistry from Sapienza Università di Roma, obtained in 1996.
