Silvia Altarocca

Silvia Altarocca is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and development, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist at BSP Pharmaceuticals S.p.A. since January 2020. In this role, Silvia focuses on designing and implementing training interventions based on identified needs and company development goals, while managing relationships with training providers. Previously, Silvia worked as an Account Manager at Randstad Italia from September 2016 to December 2019, where responsibilities included job analysis, recruitment activation channels, CV screening, and management of worker contracts and deadlines.
