Chris F.

Chris F. has been in the tech industry since 1997. Chris began their career as a Software Consultant at Omnikron, then worked as a Sr. Enterprise Systems Management Consultant at Concero (formerly PSW Technologies). In 2000, they moved to SupportSoft as the Director of Professional Services, where they grew Professional Services revenue from $1.4 million to $5.8 million. In 2005, they became the Startup CTO at Zolved.com by IPTouch, Inc., building the enterprise product in Java, Lucene, MySQL and the consumer site in Rails 1. From 2007 to 2009, they were the CTO at Venrock Associates, working with partners and EIRs to ideate, prototype, plan, recruit and execute the initial phases of their companies, four of which were funded. In 2009, they were the Startup CTO at Yet Another Startup, where they developed a platform for small businesses to leverage their network to get more leads. Chris also acted as an Advisor at Aerialink in 2010 and Localwise in 2016. Most recently, they have been the CTO of BSPK since 2017.

Chris F. attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
