Zornitza Stefanova began their career in 1993 as a Management Associate at IDG. Zornitza then moved to Wired in 1995 as the Director of Strategic Partnerships. In 1996, they founded and became the CEO of Digital Frontiers (DFC), a digital strategy consulting practice. In 1999, they were the Director of Business Development at eGroups. In 2000, they founded and became the CEO of Ruby Networks, a technology company at the intersection of IOT and mobile services. In 2004, they became the Director of Professional Products at Six Apart, leading product strategy and marketing for Movable Type. In 2007, they were the VP of Product Management at imeem, overseeing a team of product managers and designers. In 2008, they became the VP of Product Management at Prosper Marketplace, leading a cross-functional team in product strategy, agile product development, and performance measurement. In 2010, they founded and became the CEO of Boomerang, an agile developer of enterprise mobile apps and cloud solutions. In 2017, they founded and became the CEO of BSPK, a technology platform of luxury enterprise customers.
Zornitza Stefanova obtained their MBA from The Wharton School in 2005, with a focus in Finance. Zornitza also holds a BA from Stanford University in International Relations.
