Damien Kelman

Damien Kelman has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Damien started their career in 2003 as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources and Client Services at Renaissance Support Services Pvt Ltd. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing recruitment needs, sourcing and shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and providing advice to candidates. Damien worked at Renaissance Support Services Pvt Ltd until 2009.

From 2009 to 2010, Damien worked as an HR Manager at Vasan Eye Care Hospital.

Damien then joined Frontier Business Systems Pvt Ltd as an HR Manager from 2010 to 2012.

In 2016, Damien joined Acnovate Corporation as a Business Development Manager. In this role, they focused on managing IT service and solution sales for North America and Europe, with a specific focus on clients in the retail, engineering, and medical device industries. Damien handled sales related to business process consulting, implementation, upgrades, integration with ERP suites, customization and enhancements, data migration, and support and maintenance of PLM, ERP, and CRM applications. In March 2020, Damien was promoted to Director of Business Development at Acnovate Corporation.

Damien Kelman's education history begins with their ICSE degree from St. Germain High School, which they obtained from 1990 to 1998. Damien then pursued a degree in Commerce from Frank Anthony Public School in Bangalore from 1998 to 2000. Following this, Damien studied at Bangalore University from 2000 to 2003 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, Journalism, and Psychology. Lastly, from 2004 to 2006, Damien attended Pondicherry University, where they obtained a Master of Human Resource Management degree with a focus on Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior.
