Bipin Kumar Sharma

Bipin Kumar Sharma has a diverse and extensive work experience. Bipin Kumar started their career in 1985 as a Manager Metallurgy at Usha Martin in Jamshedpur. Bipin Kumar then moved on to work as a Manager QA at MP Iron in 1993, followed by a role as DGM Quality at Rajinder Steels in 1994, where they were responsible for project execution, production planning, and quality control. In 1997, they joined PT Ispat Indo, Surabaya as General Manager Steel Melting Shop and worked there until 2007. Bipin Kumar then became the President of Geosteel LLC from 2007 to 2011. After that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at SBQ Steels Ltd from 2011 to 2012. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Risk Officer and Head of Quality at BSRM Group of Companies, a role they started in 2016.

Bipin Kumar Sharma has a B.Tech Hons degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Bipin Kumar completed this degree for an unspecified period of time. Bipin Kumar later obtained a B.Tech (Hons) degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the same institution from 1981 to 1985. In 1990 to 1993, they attended XLRI Jamshedpur and obtained a PGDBMA degree in Marketing and Finance. Before attending college, they completed their XII th std at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Port Blair, Andamans.
