Jamil Ahmed is the current head of human resources at BSRM. Prior to this, they held the same position at Premier Minerals Limited, United Group, and BOC Bangladesh Limited. Jamil has also served as general manager of human resources at Siemens Bangladesh Limited and administration executive at New Zealand Milk Products Bangladesh Limited. Jamil Ahmed has completed an MBA in Business Studies from the Asian University of Bangladesh, as well as an Advanced Diploma in Management from the Fukua School of Business. Jamil also has a Diploma in Personnel Management from the Institute Of Personnel Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Central Law College. Finally, they have a MA in Library & Information Science from Dhaka University.
