Deepak Menthed has extensive experience in human resources operations and payroll management, having held roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Manager of HR Operations at BSS Microfinance Limited since March 2024, responsibilities include HRMS implementation, payroll processing for 8,000 employees, and managing statutory compliance. Prior to this, Deepak worked at Focus Edumatics Pvt Ltd as Assistant Manager of HR Payroll & Compliance, focusing on payroll, HR generalist functions, and new HRMS implementation. Experience also includes positions at Embibe, Acko, Jana Small Finance Bank, and Ola, where duties encompassed payroll processing, HR operations, and compliance for large employee bases. Deepak holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
