Natasha Sparks

Natasha Sparks is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administration and coordination roles, primarily in the psychology, early childhood education, and engineering sectors. Currently serving as an Asset Coordinator and Office Manager at BSS Psychology since February 2020, Natasha previously held the position of Administration Manager at Care for Kids School of Early Learning from November 2018 to February 2020. Natasha's experience also includes working at Mineral Resources Limited as a Systems Administrator in 2018, and holding various HR and administrative roles at Downer Engineering and Downer Infrastructure Services from 2010 to 2018, where responsibilities included managing recruitment processes and liaising with project managers. Natasha began their career as a Centre Manager at Mulberry Tree Child Care, overseeing daily operations of a childcare center. Natasha holds a Diploma in Children's Services from West Coast Tafe.
