Jesse Bertram is an experienced IT Systems Administrator with a background in technical support for various companies. Currently working at BST & Co, Jesse ensures quality control over the IT Helpdesk and manages the LAN of the Albany office and remote users. Serving as President and Member at the Albany Society for the Advancement of Philanthropy, Jesse helps organize events to raise money for local charities. With previous experience at Pitney Bowes as a Sales Automation Technical Analyst / PC Technician, Jesse provides technical support for Sales Reps.
