Steve Shepherd is the Director of Project Management at BST Global. Steve has over 20 years of experience in the software industry, specializing in project management, software development, and systems integration.

Shepherd began their career in 1999 as a Project Manager at OpenAccounts. Steve was responsible for managing all new software implementations, as well as providing professional services to clients as a team leader. In 2006, they moved to COA Solutions Ltd., where they served as Professional Services Manager - OpenPeople. In this role, they were responsible for the development and management of a team of consultants in the delivery of payroll, HR, time & attendance, and self-service workflow solutions integrated with in-house ERP offerings.

Shepherd has been with BST Global since 2008, where they currently serve as Director of Project Management. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project management lifecycle for BST Global’s clients.

Steve Shepherd has a MBA from The Open University, a Foundation & Practitioner Prince 2 certification from APMG, a CRM 4.0 Application, Customisation & Configuration certification from Microsoft Certified Professional, a Diploma in Management from The Open University, and an MCP Implementing & Supporting NT Server 4.0 certification from Microsoft Certified Professional. Steve also has a Green Belt Six Sigma certification from Chatham House Grammar.

Steve Shepherd reports to Javier A. Baldor, Chief Executive Officer. They work with Danielle Paul - Director of Release Management, Hank Tran - Director of Knowledge Management, and Steve Greenberg - Director, Infrastructure & Cloud Services.
