Elisabeth Mistelbauer

Elisabeth was born and raised in Vienna and holds 20 years of experience in the insurance sector. Her career started at Allianz, as a Teamleader where she implemented and monitored claims processes, and was also responsible for onboarding and training. After graduating her Masters degree in Science, she started working for Vienna Insurance Group – Wiener Städtische, the main insurer in Vienna. During her role there she designed claims processes for the top 100 global corporate clients in close cooperation with insurance companies in Central Eastern Europe and worldwide. Throughout her career, Elizabeth traveled around the world to deliver best practices and learn about the different insurance operations in various regions, from Asia to Latin America and more. Elisabeth joined bsurance in May 2019 as Head of Claims Management, focusing on managing the claims process digitally, efficiently, promptly and fairly.
