Silviya Hovnanyan

Silviya Hovnanyan is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in project management, operations, and program development. Currently serving as a PMO and Operations Manager at BSV Association since April 2022, Silviya also holds the position of Program Specialist at Matena International School of Leadership and Professional Development as of December 2023. Previously, Silviya worked as a Project Manager at nooor and a CRM Specialist at BetConstruct, alongside roles in communications and grants management. Silviya co-founded Stock Pile, an environmentally focused student consignment shop, and played a key role as Coordinator for the Aurora Humanitarian Prize at IDeA Foundation Armenia. Silviya's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The College of Idaho, further studies at Korea University, and a Semester At Sea program, complemented by an International Baccalaureate from UWC Dilijan.
