Carrie Boysen has over two decades of experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Baylor Scott & White Health since April 2015. Boysen has held multiple roles within the organization, including Director of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Manager for Nursing. Prior to this, Boysen worked as an Emergency Medicine Recruiter at Schumacher Group, a Recruiting Leader at Yoh, and an Executive Resourcing and Talent Manager at Pearson North America. Additional experience includes positions as Recruiting Manager at Honeywell and Alorica, and Talent Acquisition Manager at West Asset Management, as well as a Recruiter at Nebraska Methodist Health System. Boysen holds a B.S. in Human Resource Management from Wayne State College.
